Beware of Scammers
Scammers frequently impersonate Wristwatch Revival and try to get viewers to send their watches and/or money. A common scam is that he will have you send your watch to some place near us in Seattle, let the watch get lost in the mail, and take the money.
One particularly prolific scammer is marshallsutcliffe91@gmail.com.
Please note that we currently do not take payment for restoring watches and we will not ask for money in exchange for watch restoration services.
Warning signs of a scam include:
- Broken or bad English. We are native English speakers and we use correct punctuation. The scammers tend not to.
- Asking for any money at all.
- Asking for you to ship a watch to Revival Shop, on Broadway East, in Seattle. This is not us, and Revival Shop are not scammers. The scammer just uses that store as a decoy address and then ignores the shipment.
