Return Policy

At Sutcliffe Hansen, we value customer satisfaction. To this end, we offer a return policy:

Tools:

Tools may be returned within 7 days for a 100% refund, minus the shipping costs. Tool packaging must be intact and restockable. If this is not the case, the return will be prorated based on what products are able to be restocked.

Watches:

Watches may be returned within 3 days for a 100% refund, minus the shipping costs. They must be returned in the condition that they were shipped in. This return policy excludes auctioned watches, which are non returnable. We may assist you in offering it for sale to the next highest bidder.

Straps:

Straps are non refundable.

 

 

Shipping costs are not refundable.
